Returns & Refunds

Our standard return & exchange policy applies to all types of purchases either in-store or online purchase and shall be effective within 14 days from date of receiving the product.

Conditions for policy eligibility: The item must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging with all added-in accessories, and accompanied by the original sales invoice, we will either refund or exchange the item according to the customer’s preference.  

Limitations to Return & exchange policy: Products purchased from Andalus Bazaar in an “as-is” status are not eligible for the Return & exchange policy.

Refund Policy

Both in-store and online purchases can be refund as per our Return policy. Refund process will be in the original method used for payment.

For Cash Payments: refund shall be in-store.

For Debit cards/K-net payments: please allow 5 to 7 working days to complete the refund process depending on the interbank transactions.

For Credit cards (Master/Visa) payments: please allow 21 working days to complete the refunding process depending on the interbank transactions.
