Warranty Programs:

1   -This warranty specifies the repair of the appliance within the given validity date, rather than replacement of the same

2   - Replacement Is applicable only for factory defective items. A defect has to be proven with the technical report issued by Andalus

       Technical Team within 14 days of receiving the defect item.

3   - Delivery & Installation is a free complementary service for the purchased item and only provided once directly after the purchased.

        For additional delivery and installation services, the customer will be charged.

4   -The customer’s signature on the delivery form indicates his verification of receiving the item in good condition (brand new). Once the

        delivery note is signed, the customer is held responsible for any defect or scratches discovered and will not be entitled for any refund

         or replacement.

5   -Any repair specified in the warranty will not be covered unless the original receipt is presented. It is the customer’s responsibility to

     keep the original receipt and present it whenever requested by the maintenance department of Andalus.

Warranty General Terms

1)    The following terms apply for Andalus agencies only; other products follow the agent’s specific warranty terms.

2)   Full warranty doesn’t cover any loss caused by fire, accidents, natural disaster, misuse, breakage or glass parts, shelves, outsourced        

        repair, transport visit not requiring any repair, visits not requiring any repair, power surge breakdowns, cables and wires all the types,

        toner(ink), keyboards, software, mouse, remote controls, light bulbs, lithium batteries, batteries, electrical outlets and power

        stabilizer.

3)   The additional compressor warranty covers compressor costs only, provided that any spare parts or maintenance is required, charges

       will be paid by the customer.

4)   Screen warranty doesn’t cover misuse (fixed printer picture, wrong cleaning, etc)

5)   LCD & LED & 3D Televisions warranty doesn’t cover dead pixel problems above 7 dots, following 14 days after purchase in accordance

      with the manufactures warranty.

6)   The original warranty receipt should be presented when needed; the warranty doesn’t cover residential visits related to computing

       devices, audio devices and brown goods.

7)   In case of dissembling self-repair attempt or outsourced maintenance, the warranty is deemed cancelled or void.

8)   The warranty doesn’t include international warranty.

9)   All replaced parts of devices are company’s property: provided that the repaired device is still covered by the warranty.
